Veal and vegetable risotto

Ingredients for 1 child:
43 g long grain rice
25 g of veal
30 g peas
25 g carrots
11 g onion
2 g tomato puree
sunflower oil
salt, parsley leaf

Preparation:
Wash, peel and dice the carrots and onions. Simmer together. Add the peas and diced veal. Then add some tomato puree. Stir in the rice. Add water, season and continue to simmer. Finally garnish with chopped parsley.
