Cooking school “A la chef”

Through 70 hours with us, you will learn how to choose the best foods, develop dishes and menus, make the loaves and pasta, prepare the most delicious risottos, and learn techniques how to prepare fish, seafood, meat, fruits, vegetables and desserts.

The entire program is designed to enhance existing kitchen fans and gain new culinary knowledge and all future days of their lives enriched small – great mysteries of the kitchen, you might decide to just cook what you want and professionally.

Training is organized in groups of 12 people and includes equipment, accessories and supplies.
Material costs for training per person is 5000 kn and includes all of the above.
