Rice and peas

Ingredients for 1 child:
30 g brown rice
40 g of peas
20 g carrots
4 g onion
sunflower oil
salt, parsley leaf

Preparation:
Pour lukewarm water over peas, add salt and cook until soft. Cook the rice separately in salted water until softened and drain well after cooking. Fry the onion in a well-heated oil, add the rice and peas and spices, and mix all ingredients well. Serve as a side dish with sauces or with a side dish of bread.
