Fish soup

Ingredients for 1 child:
25 g fish (e.g. hake, grouper)
20 g carrots
15 g peppers
10 g tomatoes
15 g of cauliflower
20 g parsley root
5 g onion
2 g of rice
olive oil
garlic, parsley
1 bay leaf

Preparation:
Put the cleaned, sliced ​​fish in cold water, add oil, tomatoes, bay leaf and other vegetables in a row and cook for about 30 minutes. Remove the cooked fish from the soup, strain the soup, and remove the bones from the fish and return the fish pieces to the soup. Cook the rice and put it in the soup for a short while. Add a little olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
