Chicken with vegetable sauce

Ingredients for 1 child:
65 g chicken (white meat and thigh)
20 g carrots
10 g onion
3 g celery root
3 g parsley root
25 g fresh tomatoes
15 g fresh peppers
4 g of cooking cream
1 g flour
oil, salt, parsley

Preparation:
Vegetables should be cleaned, cut and steamed with onions. Cut the meat into cubes, add the vegetables and simmer until the meat is done. Drizzle with flour and cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
