Chicken and vegetables with mashed potatoes

Ingredients for 1 child:
50 g chicken white meat
200 g chicken stock
10 g carrots
50 g of kale bud
4 g parsley root
40 g of broccoli
30 g of cauliflower
0.5 g of fresh parsley leaf
olive and sunflower oil
salt

Preparation:
The vegetables should be cleaned and washed. Cut the carrots, parsley and onions into rings. Then the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Finely mince the parsley. Wash the meat and put it in a saucepan with oil and salt then place this in the oven. Pour over the broth, cover with foil and simmer for about 60 minutes at 2500C.
Then reveal the foil and bake for about 30 minutes at 2000C.
